Our fresh whole microgreens are hydroponically grown, and are harvested when they are 2-3 inches in height, and have the first set of leaves on the plant. This is when the microgreens are at their peak of both taste and nutrition. Hydroponics is a soil-less method of growing in a controlled environment. Use them in salads, dress up your sandwiches, put them on pizza, garnish your dishes and soups. The possibilities are endless. Fresh microgreens have a shelf life of approximately one week from the point of harvest until they need to be used. Available for special grow order, or order from our current stock (varies from day to day). Many varieties available.

Our low temperature dehydrated microgreen powders and crushed flakes provide essentially the same nutrition value as the fresh whole plant, but provide more versatility and longer time period for consumption. Low temperature dehydration yields a very shelf stable product, losing only minimum nutrition value, while adding to the amount of allowable time before loss of value. Plus, the powders and flakes are very versatile in their uses. Add nutrition to your smoothies, or sprinkle them on your salads, soups, and dishes prior to consumption. A very easy way to add nutrition to anything you eat or drink. Our flakes come in a handy shaker bottle, so you can shake on your salad and other foods for a unique seasoning. The powders are finely ground and work well in liquids. Available in a wide variety.
